Got an old pic of your Great Grandmother to go with that old Brownie recipe that she taught you to make when you were six?
How about that family ski trip when you had that amazing Pasta dish that you loved so much you bought the restaurants cookbook?
We all have family memories that revolve around food, and that is what this site is designed around. Want to share a recipe? Great! The only rule is that you have to add a photo and an explanation of the photo (for those of us who weren't there) along with the recipe.
This site can become a living "experience album" that shows our friends and loved ones what memories we cherish. And, maybe allow for passing on old family traditions, or even make some new ones!

How to use this site
Click on "login" on the top right side (on desktop).
When you login, you are taken back to the homepage. You now have two new menu buttons on the top bar. One is "where are we" which is a map of everyone's location who has registered on the site. The other is an "add recipe" button that lets you start adding recipes.
When you begin adding recipes, please be aware that it is several steps long. I will be streamlining the process over time, but for now my main concern was not to present all of you with a never-ending page of fields to fill out. Be sure to hit "save and continue" at the bottom of each page to proceed to the next.
When you are done adding a recipe, make sure to hit the save button. This will take you back to the main site, but also adds your new recipe to the queue for indexing, searching, etc...
